E3/G4 awarded Fallout 2 the best ps3 game this year. Do you think so? Looks like a real good game but the best? I am not sure. Metal Gear Solid could be though

G4's a joke. MGS4 > Fallout 2 and thus far has been my favorite PS3 game released this year. Uncharted is amazing too.
