Rakion is a strategy game made by the creators of Gunbound. The characters include a ninja, mage, blacksmith, archer,and a warrior.


Consider what kind of stats you like best. Blacksmith is strong and has huge armour, but is slow. Archer has great range strength and is quite cheap, but you will be gone after like crazy, called cheap, and it may be hard for you to aim at first. Ninjas are extremely fast and have strong grip, but have weak melee and range. Warriors have all-around stats. Mages have great magic or special attacks, but are weak in most other fields than summoning cells.
Think about gender. Blacksmiths can be only boys and ninja and archers are only girls. The mage can be your choice.
Decide if you want a challenge. Some people want to just be good at a game, but others want to use a challenging character. Ninjas are the most challenging to use and blacksmiths seem to be the easiest for most people; the other characters are purely your choice.


If you play any other RPGs or MMORPGs that have different classes and you really liked a class there that is similar to one of the ones in Rakion, try it out.


If you are a boy, avoid picking a girl character -- you'll find yourself staring at the abnormally "developed" character and will be in trouble quickly.
If you hate being double-teamed, don't be an archer.
Being a ninja takes a lot of patience and is not for beginners.

lol. So instead of playing the game you'll just be staring at the female characters bodies? Although I could see the dilemma, staring at the archers tits when all of a sudden a warrior comes up and specials you.

lol ur funny plus the classes in this game r nothing like the ones in others, for example i dunt ever remember a mage being that physical or assassins only grabbing.. its purty difrent recomendations all except archer xD its the 1 char that i dunt c n e thing special about super e z to dodge shots

I think ninja is the best character. You could glide away when ppl wants to attack you.

=/ that's a pretty simple way to look at it. That has its disadvantages as well as advantages...though if you're laggy/buggy, it's all advantages =.=

Well, all character have it's disadvantages. But i'd prefer warrior

Yeah, but what I meant was that glide has no disadvantages if you bug or lag...only a lucky hit will hit.

actually, predicting a glider's movement with a warrior is pretty damn simple :P

Yeah, just after the nin's sword reaches her neck, slash once and you'll stop him/her from gliding
