Which of these can I delete? I'm not sure about the Tracing, .recently-used.xbel, NTUSER.DAT, and ntuser.dat.rmbak

Help me out here. I'm trying to delete all these useless clutter.

check the files inside

.recently-used.xbel
i don't get it
only UNIX files begin with a dot
u dont see dotfiles in windoze
it could come from a UNIX app ported to windows
i.e. i installed vbox and it created a folder ".Virtualbox" to store config
if it starts with a dot, it means that the creator wants to hide the file
it is usually hidden for a good reason
if it come back after deleting it, then it is suspicious
i recommend against deleting it

NTUSER.DAT:
JUST DON'T DELETE

ntuser.dat.rmbak:
delete if u want, it seems like a backup file

Hey, I found something new in my user folder. It's named:
NTUSER.DAT_tureg_old

Can I delete that?

That is and old backup of your desktop customised desktop
You can delete it but don't delete NTUSER.DAT because that is your Config file for your customised desktop
