OK. I have a USA friend. He plays TS too. In TS Philippines. He and some extremebot people had tried making private servers, but the outcome was terrible. They couldn't read/know what the file says when it's opened. Therefore, there are no English TS Online currently.

Actualy,Malaysia TS online and Philipines TS online is english. And,if u wanna know,Philipines TS online was duplicate Malaysia TS online data server to run it for free. That why,some quest was still in Malay language when Philipines TS online free server on beta test

Actually,TS Malaysia and TS Philippines is in english. And,if u wanna know,TS Philippines was duplicated on TS Malaysia's data server to run it for free. That's why,some of quests were still in Malay language when TS Philippines runs Beta for Free Server.

Look at WoW... The private server came out so fast ==...

And,to crack the patch and making the new patch and to make the source of data is not easy. So,it need around 3 or 4 programmer to set-up back the source files and make it private server ( need a lot of programmer because this game have a huge game data and if only 1 programmer work on it,it will take around 1~2 years to write the source.. )
