Add a MySQL Component.
Download mySql before u do that
Manage your MySQL Database.
Add a Table to your Database ("Serial Key")
In your program make your program connect to your database
add a textbox
when it connects to your database it looks for the text you entered in.
if it find it then form2.show 
this is what i think.. Havent tested it yet.

Draw a diagram of how you want it to work (work out a "blueprint"). That's the way I find easiest.
I plan everything ahead of time, then I figure out how to work it.
