Newbie Needs Help!

I really dunno what I must do when making a website so if someone could help me with the following thing. I wanna make a site where I can put my own crappy files on and other people can download the crappy files.

And don't come with crap like megaupload and rapidshare cause they have slow download speed and wait times. I just want my own site :P

Tell me what I should do and how much it could go cost.

Did you just say you want your own website? then just go to Freewebs.com - Free website, free hosting, free webpage - Make a web site with photo albums, blogs, videos, forums and more! and create one, thats simple right?

Not those crappies one a realy domain and stuff... And freewebs doesn't allow the upload big files.

go to godaddy.com they offer package for domains with hosting.

To get started on a website, for newbies, read my site first here or copy the url: kashFun.com
I created tutorials on web development. So, do go there and find out. After following so, you will then be able to create whatever crap site you want be it a download site or a stupid site.

For you host situation, you do not have to buy a host at the moment. If you do go to my site, I have placed a link to my friend's site who offers free host. It's a great deal for you, now.
