well it "does" the same as a UCE
its just way more advanced with more options.

no... a memory editor can have MUCH less options than a UCE or it can have many more... you should stop thinking that a memory editor is only one program lol

For example, the one that some1 was trying to release in a different post, i would concider that a Memory Editor because it simplly ONLY edited memory. There was no scanning options what so ever, therefore it had less options than a UCE.
