I've stopped playing wow a few months ago, but while i was still playing a was verry wealthy. and ill tell you why, and how!
many people choose one "Gathering" Profesion ( mining, skinning, herbalism, enchanting ) and one "Crafting" Profesion ( smithing, juwelcrafting, leatherworking, alcamy, enchanting ). now what you need to do is drop whatever gathering profesion you have an pick up mining ( unles you already have mining ofc ), with simply mining every ore vine you pass by you can already make over 300g per day on end game level.
with that money you can easaly buy the materials for your crafting proffesion on the Action house and still have gold remaining.
the other thing you need to do is
DAILAY QUESTS
these faction give nice daily quests,
- Orgi La ( need to do teh attunemnt quest first wich involves killing gron lords with a 5 man group).
- SkyGaurd.
- Netherwing ( need to have the 5000g riding skill for epic flying mount, and have done the attunemnt chain wich starts in SMV ).
- shatted sun offensive
Doing Daily for orgi la and the Skygaurd will reward you about 12g per quest wich doest seem a lot but there verry easy and fast so in an hour you can do 6-7 quests wich is 84 gold already!,
the quests also reward reputation for those factions and a higher reputation level will unlock nice rewards and more daily quests.
if you can aford the 5000g ridning skill for epic flying mounts you can do the netherwing daily quests also wich reward 12-24 gold! Thats Dubble from some quests! and when you reach teh reputation Exalted you will be able to ride a real netherdrake! this place is also full of rich adamantite.
i dont know the quests of teh shattred sun offensive ( because i stopped before they were there )
but what i heard was that there are a lot of daily quests there rewarding up to 16 gold.

if your doing dailys these Talent specs are really really bad
if you are a holy priest, holy paladin, restoration druid, restoration shaman, protection warrior or protection paladin. then you need to respec since these talent builds are for raiding not for farming.!
And ofcourse theres the AH.
there are a lot of players who underestamate the value of an item and sell it for a lot less then its worth you can buy these items and sell them for the full price wich can make huge profits. theres a tool wich helps by scanning the Action House calculating the avarage price of an item en search for items prices a lot lower then this, its called Actioneer and can be dowloaded at

whats also fun in the AH is to RAISE Prices. I warn you tought this takes a lot of patience and gold, for example i did this with Eternium ore a rare ore type wich is much needed in 375 smithing. but because of little childeren ( not that i have anything againts children ) who sell it for 5 gold cheaper a stack then the other guy does it dropped VERRY LOW so what i did was have one of my lv 70s stand in orgrimmar in the AH, and the other one just pvp/farm with. with your character at the bank buy all of the item wich you want to raise in price ( in my case eternium ore ) and resell for about 20% higher. then every hour your online check if other players are selling the
Eternium ore buy the ones who are selling lower then you and resell around the same price as the as the first ones.
after a while other players who supply the ore agaist the same price as you do stop buying! and wait for them to sell.
once the new prices catch on to other players raise again for infinit profits!
i do warn dont raise to much. else players will just go farm the items themselves.
(if you do this it may be good to send the ores to a few characters so other players will see just one person is selling it and think its just some fool who hopes others will buy your overprices wares).
When daily quests first came out i started doing this and made fast money i stared on my druid with only 1000g after a few weeks i got 5000g for my netherdrake, ( While i was leveling an other character to 70! ). after an other 2 months both my caracters had epic flyers and the most expensive enchants!
